The VP sales is responsible for overseeing all sales processes, building a goals plan, building a distribution network, and managing the distributors.

Skills & Experience

  • Education in the fields of plant science, agronomy, plant (crop) protection, business administration
  • At least 5 years’ sales management experience in Israel and abroad
  • Experience managing customers and distributor network
  • Experience in setting and managing goals (and proven past achievements)
  • High-level English; additional languages, an advantage
  • Willingness to travel abroad extensively
