Contrary to the words “grass” and “marijuana,” which are often associated with the young and frivolous, in recent years, the adult word “cannabis” has become one of the great promises of Israeli high tech.



EdenShield booth at Arava Open Day

EdenShield demonstrated its GateKeeper sprinkler system and other insect control solutions at the Arava Open Day in January 2016.

Cannabis is a natural plant, which is attributed with more than 100 active ingredients and their concentration is affected by plant species, making enhancement a dramatic issue. Several companies are working on improvements designed to accommodate the use of various plant attributions, for example Virentes, who does this using a robot and innovative plant grafting method.


Developments for Agriculture
