Kazunobu Agu, Business Development, Japan, was born and raised in Osaka, Japan. He received a Bachelor of Science from Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto. Kaz began his career in 1973 as a mechanical/electrical design engineer at Iwaki where he developed a series of magnetic drive pumps. In 1979, he joined Nippon Densan Corporation and moved to its US subsidiary, NIDEC America Corporation to build the US business and promote sales to US computer disk drive manufacturers. In 1985, Kaz joined Ogasawara Precision where he was appointed president of the US subsidiary, Russell, Holbrook & Henderson, responsible for all phases of business including management, finance, personnel, sales, and marketing. In 2003, he formed Dreamtec Consulting, specializing in assisting small-to medium-sized US and Japanese companies in US-Japan business development. Dreamtec provides a wide range of comprehensive services including marketing, distributor identification, sales office setup, business negotiation and coordination.

Nadav Kidron, Advisory Board Member, is the CEO, President, and Director of Oramed, which he founded in 2006 after acquiring the intellectual property for oral delivery technology. Nadav is an entrepreneur whose expertise includes senior executive roles in a wide range of industries. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree and a Masters in Business Administration, from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. He is a member of the Israeli bar association.

Ron Lachman, Venture Partner, is a Chicago- and Silicon Valley-based Internet guru, angel investor, and minority shareholder in The Trendlines Group. Ron played a leading role in the development of the UNIX TCP/IP communications protocol (the de facto standard for transmitting data over networks). He served as executive VP at Interactive Systems Corporation, and was a co-founder of Praxsys, which he sold selling to Sun Microsystems in 1992. He founded Lachman Technology to pursue new product ideas in networking products, data archival, and storage management. Lachman Technology/Associates licensed millions of copies of networking protocols (mostly in the UNIX OEM marketplace). It was acquired by Legent Corporation in 1994.

Ron served as VP of Open Systems before leaving in 1995 to co-found, co-fund, and build the management team of a number of networking and software-related companies. A networking and systems software entrepreneur and expert in OEM/ISV software licensing business models, Ron currently serves as a senior advisor/board member to technology companies in the realm of distributed computing and Internet commerce.

S. David Moche, Business Development, Japan, is a CPA who has worked with Fortune 500 companies, various Japanese banks, and Sumitomo Corporation of America. David developed Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank's New York trading room operations and later developed a hedge fund consulting business which was sold to an Israeli bank. In 2002, he established a hedge fund investing in global asset-backed securities; by December 2008 the fund’s assets increased in value to $1.2 billion.

David is currently the CEO of Cornwall Partners and real estate investment company Blue Granite Partners. Born and raised in Kobe, Japan, he received a B.A. from Yeshiva University in New York, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He has lived and worked in Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States; David is fluent in four languages.

Barry T. Zeman has 39 years of health care industry, hospital management, and financial services experience. Barry was President and CEO of several hospital organizations. He built or totally renovated three hospitals, started many ancillary for-profit healthcare businesses, built the first Continuing Care Retirement Center (CCRC) in the New York City/Long Island area, and served on the commission that developed the New York State CCRC legislation.

In 2004 he became Regional Business Development Manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and continues in that capacity today. He serves on the board of Metropolitan Health Network and has served as Board Member, Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee. Barry founded U.S. Business Development Corp, a private consulting firm offering comprehensive solutions to professionals and organizations in the areas of health care, finance, physician group practices, construction, hospital and association activities, corporate business development, medical device development and pharmaceuticals. He lectures frequently on a number of subjects and has published extensively including articles, essays and co-editing or co-writing books.
