D. Todd Dollinger, CEO and Chairman, The Trendlines Group; Chairman, Misgav Venture Accelerator
Todd Dollinger was born with the entrepreneur gene. At the age of 15, he joined his first start up, a tropical fish import and breeding business; later Todd would sell his share to his partner before starting college. While a university student, Todd established his second business - from which he had his second exit - a concert promotion company. His passion for transforming ideas into successful enterprises led him to launch Trendlines, Inc. with his brother Mark in 1978, providing sales, marketing and business development services in the U.S. Todd served as Trendlines' president until 1990 when he sold his interest to Mark and moved to Israel. There, Todd joined the marketing department of medical device company SRD Medical. He later became that company's CEO.
Determined to work in a capacity where he might merge his business development skills with his entrepreneurial drive, Todd founded business consultancy Trendlines International with Steve Rhodes in 1993. Trendlines International was established to support seed- and early-stage companies and the start-up activities of large corporations. Todd and Steve established their first venture fund, the Trendlines Israel Fund, in 2004 and founded The Trendlines Group in 2007 when they purchased two Israeli government licensed business incubators, the Misgav and Mofet Venture Accelerators. The business development and marketing communications services originally provided by Trendlines International continue to be offered through Signal Business Development, The Trendlines Group's business development unit.
Today, Todd is the Chairman and CEO of The Trendlines Group. Under the leadership of Todd and Steve, The Trendlines Group's portfolio companies and three investment funds have raised more than $130 million. He has taken two companies public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: ETView Medical and FlowSense Medical. Additionally, Todd serves as chairman of the Misgav Venture Accelerator and as a director and chairman of the board of a number of public and private companies.

Steve Rhodes, CEO and Chairman, The Trendlines Group; Chairman, Mofet Venture Accelerator
Even as a young adult, Steve Rhodes demonstrated the ability to engage and inspire audiences. Honing his presentation skills as a high school speech champion, Steve later employed those talents to form Harvard University's Zionist Alliance (HRZ"L), a student leadership organization supporting the Jewish State.
Steve began his professional career in 1979 with the Chicago branch of Bank Leumi, where he advanced through a number of financial marketing and lending positions including director of marketing. While working at the bank, Steve completed an MBA from the University of Chicago and received a CPA from the State of Illinois. When he moved to Israel in 1985, Steve continued with Bank Leumi, serving as deputy manager of the Bank's International Division. In 1988, Steve joined SRD Medical as the company's CFO, later becoming vice president of sales and marketing. He left the company in 1993, to create Trendlines International, a business development consultancy for seed- and early-stage companies, with Todd Dollinger.
In 2004, together with Todd, Steve created the Trendlines Israel Fund to invest in the portfolio companies of the Misgav Venture Accelerator, an Israeli government licensed business incubator, on whose board Steve had served for many years. In 2004, Steve became the CEO of the Misgav Venture Accelerator, focusing the incubator's innovation efforts on the life sciences, particularly medical devices. As manager, he concentrated his attention on increasing the incubator's value through hands-on managerial mentorship to portfolio companies and providing much-needed business development support to them. In 2010, the Misgav Venture Accelerator, under Steve's leadership, received the "Best Incubator" award from the Government of the State Israel. The incubator management, mentorship, and funding models developed by Steve at Misgav were brought to Mofet Venture Accelerator when The Trendlines Group acquired it in 2007.
Today, Steve shares the positions of Chairman and CEO of The Trendlines Group with Todd and additionally serves as chairman of the Mofet Venture Accelerator and as a director in numerous public and private companies.
