Zeev Bronfeld, Director
Zeev is a seasoned capital markets veteran who has raised many tens of millions of dollars for early stage companies and has a proven track record of shareholder value creation and exits. He founded and serves as director of Biomedix (TASE: BMDX), a two-incubator holding company. He also founded Biocell (TASE: BCEL), a company specializing in biotechnology, where he has served as a director and CEO since 1986. He is also a director of D. Medical Industries (TASE: DMDC), and Protalix (AMEX: PLX). Zeev is a director of privately held Ecocycle Israel, Contipi, and L.N. Innovative Technologies.
He received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ehud Huberman, Director; Chairman, Mofet Innovation Accelerator
Ehud Huberman is an attorney and a partner in the law firm of Sheptnisky, Halfin, and Huberman. He is a veteran entrepreneur and led the investment group that made the first private investment in an Israeli incubator in 1992. Ehud has been on the board of directors of Misgav since 1992.
He received his law degree from Tel Aviv University.
Shimon Erlichman, Director
Former CTO of an Israeli government security organization, Shimon brings great technological depth and breadth of knowledge across numerous fields of science and technology. Shimon is a director of FPK Technologies.
He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Samuel H. Solomon, Director
Sam is a successful entrepreneur and business executive with over 30 years experience in the legal, financial, and information technology industries. He founded and led U.S.-based litigation consulting firm DOAR, recently retiring as chairman. Mr. Solomon is chairman of the board of two private software companies and a member of the board of a NASDAQ-listed mutual fund.
